Delivery and Shipping

You can expect your order on standard domestic shipments within 2-5 business days with up to one day of processing. Timing for international orders will depend on the customs clearance process and is estimated at 3-14 business days depending on which service you choose.

Unless otherwise noted, items are subject to sales tax in select US states in accordance with the applicable laws of that state. Domestic shipping starts at $10, which includes free returns on full priced items. Local pick-ups and drop-offs are not available. International shipping is subject to the destination country and does not include free returns. International customs and duties are partially included in the international shipping fees.

We reserve the right to ask for further proof of purchase. If we do not receive an answer within 24 hours, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Returns and Refunds

We hope that you love what you have ordered from But in the event that you do not, we will do our best to issue you with a refund. All returns must be authorized by emailing first. Full-priced items with domestic return shipping is free. If the return is approved, you will be emailed a return shipping label. All sale and discounted items and purchases are final. International return shipping fees will be your charge and responsibility. Returns of full-price merchandise are accepted within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Refunds will be issued once the shoes have been returned in the original unworn condition. All returns will be inspected. We reserve the right to issue store credit or exchange only on full priced items in case there is an issue with shipping and delivery. Tracking numbers are issued with every shipment. We reserve the right to deny returns if they are not received in the original unworn condition and the shoes will be returned to you. Full priced shoes must be tried on for fit and size on clean, carpeted surfaces only until you are sure that you will be keeping them. Our soles are very delicate and we cannot accept returns on shoes that appear worn or damaged. The sole must be in perfect condition. Returning shoes of which the soles appear damaged will be sent back to you. We thank you for your understanding. Returns will be issued in original form of payment and must be accompanied with shoes, shoe box and shoe bag. All purchases of sale merchandise are final sale. Orders that are placed with Paypal and that are canceled before fulfillment, are subject to Paypal fees and will not be refunded.

Shipping charges will not be refunded. For international shipments, please clearly state in the customs forms that the item is being returned for a full refund. Failure in doing so will result in the item being returned to you.

If you are looking for a different size or style – for full-priced merchandise only- email us at to authorize a return for an exchange. If the return is approved, we will send you a return label. Once we receive the shoes back in their original, unworn condition, we will send out the requested exchange. For all international orders, all shipping, custom and duty fees will be your charge. Sale items are final sale.


We do not offer refunds nor accept merchandise credit from the previous website or store locations. Credit may be issued in the case of a return of full priced items past its 14 day window. Email us at and let us know your order number for purchases with credit. We do not offer refunds on sales items. No exceptions.


Preorder items require a 100% charge at the time of purchase. Taxes and shipping fees will be charged at time of purchase. Note that shipping, custom and duties fees are an estimate at time of purchase and are subject to change once your shoes are ready to ship.


We respect your privacy and appreciate your business. At no time will we ever provide your account contact or payment information to any third party vendors, associate or service providers unless absolutely necessary in order to complete your order or transaction.
