Online Return Policy

Monika Chiang is pleased to accept returns on new, unworn, unwashed merchandise within 21 days of purchase, accompanied by the original sales receipt. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on earrings or lingerie. Regularly priced merchandise may be returned for a full refund within the aforementioned time period. All sales are final on markdown items.

Domestic Shipping Methods & Costs

Standard Ground: $8.50

Currently, we do not offer Saturday delivery or International shipping. To place an international order, please email or call our LA store at store2001@monikachiang.com, 310.786.8200 or our NY store at store2003@monikachiang.com, 212.625.3300. No delivery to P.O. Boxes or Military Post Offices. 

Standard Ground Orders typically ship within 5-8 days after processing, pending availability and credit card verification.
